How the shop uses it
Front desk
The order opens with the vehicle and the reason for the visit. The customer stays tied to the history, not to a note in the diary.
In the bay
You assign a technician and the status moves to in progress. Whoever answers the phone can see whether the car is still inside.
Handover
When the order closes, the shop has the trail. The estimate and the invoice come from the same job.
What is included
- Clear statuses: waiting, in progress, done, and handed over.
- A technician assigned on the order.
- Status history on the same sheet.
- The job stays linked to the customer, the vehicle, the estimate, and the invoice.
Questions from a shop
Does this replace the paper order?
The digital order is the shop's reference. The front desk and the technician check the same status, so the paper copy is no longer the only record.
Can I see which cars are still open?
The board lists open orders, and each sheet shows where the job stands.
Also on the board
- AppointmentsA shop calendar with appointments and reminders for the annual inspection or MOT, plus routine maintenance. The customer comes back when it is due.
- Estimates and invoicesShop estimates and invoices, with payment status. The same trail works where local rules differ, including TicketBAI for shops in the Basque Country.
